Maternity Pictures

Only 3 more weeks left until baby girl #2 is here. We are so excited getting ready for her arrival. Wende has a friend Karie who takes great pictures and she was nice enough to shoot some for us. We thought we would post a few of our favorites.

I'm growing so fast!

Just a couple of quick videos. It has been a few weeks since we have posted anything and it seems Macie is growing so fast. She's starting to talk and dragging us everywhere.

Let's not forget about dad....

So I wanted to make a tribute to one of the greatest dad's ever! As scared as he was to have a little girl, he couldn't love her more. You can tell by these pictures how much they adore each other, she is definitely turning into a daddy's girl! God knows how much patience he has to have to endure all the estrogen running around, especially come March! I am pretty dang lucky to have him around to put up with me!

Merry Belated Christmas

Merry Christmas to you all. I know I am a little late getting some pics up, but....well, I have no excuse. It has been a very nice long, relaxing weekend. I have been off work since Wednesday, but unfortunately Wende had to work X-mas eve and day. So, we celebrated Christmas on Friday morning. We hope you all had a great holiday and wish you the best in the New Year.

Ok so not really "gymnastics" per say, more tumbling, running and free time. Wende enrolled Macie in little kid's gymnastics a few weeks ago. They have a small class of 8 or so kids with a coach. She really enjoys it. Here are a few pics and a short video. Sorry about the quality, my camera would not focus through the glass.

Newport Beach

Every year Wende's family takes a vacation together. This year we traveled back to Newport Beach. We had been here before and it is one of our favorite places to visit. Along with Wende's parents, the Hale and Motiee families were with us. It was great to see the fam and hang out together.

Unfortunately Macie caught a little cold on Wednesday so we decided to take it easy and let her get feeling better. That afternoon we took a short drive to Laguna Beach. We spent the afternoon on the boardwalk and just sitting out on the grass. It was a nice afternoon and Macie loved all the dogs and birds she saw. Not to mention she was in awe at the waves of the ocean.

Uncle Evan and cousin Jessica dueling it out on Guitar Hero. Look at the intensity on their faces! We had Rock Band too, but didn't get to play it until later in the week, but that's a story Kathryn and Kayvon can tell you.

Anyone who knows Wende's family knows that they are Disneyland addicts. So no trip to So Cal would be complete without a trip to D land or two, or three.... I had never been to D land during x-mas time, so it was cool to see the holiday decorations, castle lit up and even snow.
